How to pay Rent
Pocco Properties offers two ways to pay rent. You may pay by check or with Venmo. We do not accept cash; please do not mail cash or money orders.

Checks postmarked later than the first of the month, but no later than the fifth, fall into the grace period. Checks postmarked after the fifth are considered late and may be subject to fees. Checks returned for insufficient funds are subject to fees in accordance with the terms of your lease.
Pay with Venmo
Venmo is an easy way to pay from your phone or computer, and it allows a number of different payment methods, including bank account transfer, debit card, or credit card. Our payment identifier is @Pocco-Properties. When you make a payment to us through Venmo, please retain all payment confirmations Venmo sends you.
